Salad Dressing Recipe: Orange Crisp

The Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe’s House Specialty Dressing

This dairy-free salad dressing is the most requested at the cafe.

A well balanced dressing.  Sweet and crisp on a bed of fresh greens.  Now you can enjoy it fresh at home!

You can also use other flavors instead of the orange oil for variety. Give it a whirl!

To Create!

IN BLENDER:
1.  Blend 4 cloves of fresh garlic

2. Add slowly: 1 cup golden syrup or honey and continue to blend

3. Add:
1 cup apple cider or coconut vinegar (whatever your preference),
2 cups olive oil, and
1 TB orange oil

4. Blend until smooth

SALAD!!!

We like to decorate ours with bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and a bit of fresh feta.  Don’t forget to finish off with some fresh gluten-free croutons! Mmmmm….
